- Since AtMail Open is a free product, no commercial support is available from the developers and parent company. For users wishing commercial level service agreements, customizations, warranty and enhanced features the commercial version is available. This is tailored towards larger ISP's, Hosting providers, Universities, and companies seeking more then the lightweight interface of AtMail Open.
